EMERGENCY UTILITY ASSISTANCE

This ministry provides monetary support for payment of utility bills in emergency circumstances. Qualified individuals and families can apply for emergency aid in paying for electric, natural gas/propane, and water utility services. Our approach is needs-based, and is designed to provide support through unexpected and unplanned financial difficulty.

These services are offered through our office, during regular business hours.
EMERGENCY PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE

This ministry provides monetary support for emergency prescription assistance. Individuals struggling to afford critical prescriptions due to emergency hardship can contact the ministry for help. We connect with caring local providers to assist in this ministry.
These services are offered through our office, during regular business hours.

EMERGENCY FUEL ASSISTANCE

​
This ministry provides support to individuals struggling to afford transportation to critical medical appointments. Monetary support is offered to assist with the cost of fuel. Our support is needs-based, and is offered through our office, during regular business hours.

CHRISTIAN COUNSELING SERVICES

Each of our well-trained office Chaplains are available to offer Christian-based counseling to individuals and families.
​
Our chaplains are trained under the supervision of our Director, Richard McCool, an Ordained Minister, and experienced Missionary Chaplain.
​
Our chaplains will pray with you, and provide emotional and spiritual support and guidance.
BIBLE AND CHRISTIAN TRACT DISTRIBUTION

God's Helping Hands is pleased to maintain a supply of bibles, and Christian tracts. We are happy to provide these to anyone who yearns to learn more about the word of God.
Our Chaplains would be happy to discuss these materials with you.

KIDS COURT

One of our newest Ministries, Kid's Court connects Gods Helping Hands with the McIntosh County Court System.
God's Helping Hands partners with the Court to provide food, activities, hygiene products, and other support to youth who are under the care of the Court.
This new ministry has been a true partnership, and allows Gods Helping Hands to connect positively and compassionately, with the youngest and most vulnerable of our community.
